- Date, Budget, Number of Gussets, Preferred wedding image.
- Decision of Ceremony / Reservation
- We will reply reservation result by E-mail or Fax.
- Deposit
- Please make a payment for deposit.
- Deposit is $300. It may vary in some churches.
- Please choose one of following method.
- Credit Card VISA, MASTER, JCB
- Bank Transfer
- Confirmation
- After completion of reservation, we will send a confirmation.
- Please check your wedding location, date and time on the confirmation.
- Build up your reception and options.
- We will build up your wedding reception and options by E-mail, Phone or Fax.

- Options(Bouquet, Hair & Make, Photo, Video, etc.)
- Travel Arrangements
- Finalization and payment for the balance
- We will finalize your wedding by 2 weeks before the wedding date.
- Please make payment for the balance.
- We will accept payment by cash or traveler's checks at the meeting several days before wedding.
- Arrival to Hawaii
- We will arrange the meeting to confirm your wedding in detail by several days before wedding date.
- We will accept payment by cash or traveler's checks at the meeting.
